3:23 Energy Solutions was founded by Jeff Hoster, CPM®, an energy industry expert who utilizes 25 years of property management experience and 15+years of energy brokerage experience extensive to maximize customers’ energy savings. Prior to joining the energy brokerage industry in 2010, Hoster was a Regional Vice President with one of the nation’s largest multifamily property management companies where he was responsible for over 20,000 units in seven (7) Midwestern and Southern states. Hoster is a recognized industry leader and has been involved in several associations including: AAGD, AATC, TAA, NAA, NMHC, and IREM. He is also a past president of the Apartment Association of Tarrant County. He graduated Baylor University with a BBA in Business Information Systems and Entrepreneurship. Additionally, he holds the Certified Property Manager® designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management.

Michael Hoster began his tenure with the company in 2022, after graduating with honors from Liberty University with a bachelor’s degree in financial planning.Michael brings experience in the finance industry as well as the financial markets to 3:23 Energy Solutions. An avid outdoorsman and professional photographer, he also spent time in the mission field, serving the rock-climbing community in El Potrero Chico, Mexico.
